Bulk Direct Messaging Feature

After inviting a large number of creators, you may receive many sample requests. If it’s not possible to reply to each one manually, you can use the Direct Messaging feature to efficiently complete bulk communication.

Step 1: Go to the Sample Request List and Open the Direct Messaging Page

Enter the message you want to send to creators in the message box. Select Sample Request Creators as the sending target, and choose the default option Filter Sent. The system will automatically skip creators who have already received a message. Simply click Start to begin.

Sending Target Options Explained

Sample Request Creators: Sends direct messages only to creators who have applied for samples, ensuring precise communication and improved efficiency.

Explore Page Creators: Allows you to bulk message creators from the Explore section, quickly expanding exposure and outreach.

Sending Options Explained

All - Filter Sent: Bulk send to all sample request creators. If a creator has already been messaged, the system will skip them automatically.

All - Filter Entered IDs: Bulk send to all sample request creators, but exclude the creator IDs entered in the input box (separate multiple IDs with line breaks).

Send Only to Entered IDs: Sends messages only to the creator IDs entered in the input box (separate multiple IDs with line breaks).

How to Obtain Creator IDs

There are multiple ways to obtain creator IDs: You can copy them directly from the Sample Request List, or view and copy them from the Creator Details page.
